The training was profitable the trainers pulled a lot for us. There were fantastic exercises and very encouraging and motivating videos. I confess that I learnt a lot during the training.
I used to do customer services before but did not have the necessary care, I attended with many flares.
Today I am different I have more control in the way of expressing and speaking with client.
Nowadays I really like even listening to my own voice. I am a different person when it comes to good customer service.
The training was good; the trainers were well prepared and qualified to transmit the knowledge.
I´m a different person when comes to customer service and general culture.
Now I know the procedures of good customer service and even improved the way I speak.
I liked the training was productive, it helped me to grow and look at things in a different way. It has helped me to be more calm when it comes to solving situations and growing professionally.
Before the training I did things just because I had to do, with no concept of right or wrong.

Contact Center training was a unique experience. The information we received was very rich. It filled us with knowledge that we did not have before the training.

The contact center training was very productive because the topics covered were practical and very objective.
The Speaker or trainer had mastery on the subject, is communicative, experienced has experience in the area which was fundamental and essential. After the training, I can say that I am not the same and is visible the change in the way of communicating, the expressions, the care in the language etc ...
